About Our Founder

I am S.N. Varma, a seasoned professional with close to 40 years of rich experience in the Vertical Transportation Industry, commonly known as the Elevator and Escalator sector. My journey in this highly specialized field has been driven by a deep passion for innovation, engineering excellence, and customer satisfaction.

In 2008, I laid the foundation for Bigboss Elevators, with a vision to provide world-class elevator solutions tailored to the Indian market. Encouraged by the success and growing demand, I went on to establish Ardor Elevators in 2012, further strengthening our presence and expanding our capabilities.

Before launching these ventures, I undertook a comprehensive study of the global elevator industry, with extensive surveys and field visits across India and China. This exploration included technology exchange and strategic discussions with some of the most renowned international manufacturers such as CANNY, YIDA, and BLT. These interactions played a vital role in shaping my understanding of global standards, safety protocols, and cutting-edge innovations in elevator systems.

With decades of hands-on experience, I have built a strong foundation rooted in technical expertise, operational efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to quality and safety. Under my leadership, both Bigboss Elevators and Ardor Elevators continue to evolve, embracing modern technologies while maintaining a personalized approach to every project.
